A 22-year-old star in a reality series was reported in an autopsy Monday to have been stabbed, slashed, and shot.

Brooke Phillips was found Nov. 9 in a burning Oklahoma home along with three other victims who were shot to death. The autopsy determined that a gunshot wound to the right temple was the probable cause of death for Phillips.

One of the other victims, 22-year-old Millie Barrera, had gunshot wounds in her back and head as reported in the autopsy. She and Phillips were both pregnant.

The reports on the other two victims have not been released.

An ex-marine, 28-year-old David Tyner, is facing six counts of first-degree murder.

Phillips starred in the HBO series “Cathouse.”
