Sacramento, CA –When deputies were called to a Walgreen’s parking lot to check on a man who had passed out in his car, they found that his car was full of stolen property, illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.  Yevgeniy Gorlachev, 24, was asleep in his car with the engine running when deputies arrived.  When they searched his car they found heroin, a syringe, a glass pipe with methamphetamine inside, and marijuana.   They also found an iPhone, other cell phones, blank checks belonging to someone else, a laptop, iPods, and stereos — all stolen property.  The car was impounded and Gorlachev was booked on possession and transportation of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property, possession of a hypodermic needle and committing a felony.  His bail was set at $25,000.  If you are in trouble with the law, find a Sacramento defense lawyer at SACRAMENTOLAWYERS360.COM.
