Huntington Beach, CA – Two people were injured in a three-car collision and one was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.  The accident occurred about 6:40 p.m. on Friday evening on Pacific Coast Highway between Warner Avenue and Seapoint Street.  A vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed southbound on Pacific Coast Highway when it hit the center divider and then struck another car causing it to overturn.  Two people from the overturned car were injured and were taken to Hoag Hospital.  The driver of the …
