Miami, FL –A seven-year-old girl’s grandparents were arrested Sunday for pulling their granddaughter in a toy car that was tied to their vehicle.  The toy car was tied to the grandparent’s SUV by two dog leashes attached to the trailer hitch.  The young girl who was wearing only a bathing suit with no helmet or other protective gear was traveling between 5 to 10 miles per hour.  A sheriff’s deputy saw this happening and stopped the grandparents.  Both grandparents, Paul Berloni, 49, and  Belinda Berloni, 47,  smelled like alcohol and …
