Castro Valley, CA –The parents of a two-year-old boy who was mauled by the family’s pit bull have been arrested on child endangerment charges.  Officers determined that the house where the boy was attacked was unsafe and unsanitary.   They found feces, unsecured cleaning supplies and dirty dishes throughout the home.
