Irvine, CA — Aqua Tri, a pool company in Irvine, has agreed to pay $462,500 to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit in which two supervisors were accused of assaulting at least eight female employees.  The supervisors pressured the employees for dates and sex, touched them inappropriately and made sexually explicit remarks.  The women were told they would obtain promotions if they had sex with them.  The actions of the supervisors were reported to management, but no action was taken against them.  Both the supervisors and the victims of the sexual …
