New York, NY –Prosecutors have indicted five people that they claim are connected to the Bonanno crime family.  The fourteen counts include racketeering, extortion, illegal gambling, and conspiring to distribute marijuana.  Some of the men arrested are Vincent Badalamenti, 53, Anthony Graziano, 71, and Nicholas Santora, 69, all high ranking members of the Bonanno crime family.  Vito Balsamo, 55, is accused of being an acting captain in the Bonanno family.  Anthony Calabrese, 44, was accused of being a soldier in the Bonanno family.
