Jacksonville, FL –A helicopter carrying a heart transplant team crashed in Florida killing everyone on board.  The helicopter left the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville with a surgeon, a technician, and the pilot to go pick up a heart in Gainsville.  The helicopter went down in a remote area about 12 miles northeast of Palatka.  The passengers who died in the crash were heart surgeon Dr. Luis Bonilla and procurement technician David Hines.  The pilot was not identified.  It is not known at this time what caused the accident and the …
