Orange, CA –Almost 50 businesses have had windows broken or damaged by vandalism in Orange since January.  The businesses that have been targeted are in the area of Katella Avenue, Tustin Street, and Collins Avenue.  The windows have been damaged by vandals who have shot at them with either a BB gun or a pellet gun.  The incidents have occurred both in the daytime and at night.  The cost to store owners has been significant.  Some of the stores targeted are Living Style Furniture, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Public Storage, First …
