San Francisco, CA–A man was convicted on Monday of raping a disabled neighbor in her apartment.  The incident occurred in March 2010.  The disabled woman who suffers from severe scoliosis, opened the door to Maurice Rodney Hickman, because she was expecting Meals on Wheels.  Hickman, 46, threatened her with a knife and then sexually assaulted her.  Surveillance tape showed Hickman leaving his apartment in a light hoodie, then changing into a black hoodie on the stairs.  He is seen entering the victim’s apartment and leaving 20 minutes later.  He then …
